InterruptedException (Java Platform SE 6)

This documentation differs from the official API. Jadeite adds extra features to the API including: variable font sizes, constructions examples, placeholders for classes and methods, and auto-generated “See Also” links. Additionally it is missing some items found in standard Javadoc documentation, including: generics type information, “Deprecated” tags and comments, “See Also” links, along with other minor differences. public exception InterruptedException
extends Exception

Thrown when a thread is waiting, sleeping, or otherwise occupied, and the thread is interrupted, either before or during the activity. Occasionally a method may wish to test whether the current thread has been interrupted, and if so, to immediately throw this exception. The following code can be used to achieve this effect:

  if (Thread.interrupted())  // Clears interrupted status!
      throw new InterruptedException();

Constructor Summary
`InterruptedException()` Constructs an `InterruptedException` with no detail message.
`InterruptedException(String s)` Constructs an `InterruptedException` with the specified detail message.
