This documentation differs from the official API.
Jadeite adds
extra features to the API including:
variable font sizes,
constructions examples,
placeholders for classes and methods, and auto-generated “See Also” links.
Additionally it
is missing some items found in standard Javadoc documentation, including:
generics type information,
“Deprecated” tags and comments,
“See Also” links,
along with other minor differences.

exception ClosedChannelException

public exception ClosedChannelException
extends IOException
Checked exception thrown when an attempt is made to invoke or complete an
I/O operation upon channel that is closed, or at least closed to that
operation. That this exception is thrown does not necessarily imply that
the channel is completely closed. A socket channel whose write half has
been shut down, for example, may still be open for reading.
