constructions examples,
placeholders for classes and methods, and auto-generated “See Also” links.
Additionally it
is missing some items found in standard Javadoc documentation, including:
generics type information,
“Deprecated” tags and comments,
“See Also” links,
along with other minor differences.

extends BasicSplitPaneDivider.DragController
Handles the events during a dragging session for a
VERTICAL_SPLIT oriented split pane. This continually
messages dragDividerTo
and then when done messages
finishDraggingTo
. When an instance is created it should be
messaged with isValid
to insure that dragging can happen
(dragging won't be allowed if the two views can not be resized).
