constructions examples,
placeholders for classes and methods, and auto-generated “See Also” links.
Additionally it
is missing some items found in standard Javadoc documentation, including:
generics type information,
“Deprecated” tags and comments,
“See Also” links,
along with other minor differences.

exception INITIALIZE

public final exception INITIALIZE
extends SystemException
Exception thrown
when an ORB has encountered a failure during its initialization,
such as failure to acquire networking resources or detecting a
configuration error.
It contains a minor code, which gives more detailed information about
what caused the exception, and a completion status. It may also contain
a string describing the exception.
